Warrenton Waterfront Trail
Hike along the Warrenton waterfront for stunning views of the Columbia River and the Astoria Bridge. These trails are great for viewing ship traffic and wildlife
Features: Eagles nest along the trail and restrooms are available at Caruthers Park and the Marinas
Length of Trail: 4.5 miles with over 2 miles paved and a grassy birding trail route too
Accessibility: Trailheads and or access at 1st St., 5th St. 7th Pl., 13th St., Carruthers Park and the Hammond Marina
Designed for: Multiple use, Pedestrians, human powered vehicles and ADA accessibility devices, and dogs on leash

Skipanon River Trail
Hike along the peaceful Skipanon River with islands, mature forests and wildlife views in the center of the City
Features: level terrain with some pavement and mostly a grassy pathway
Length of Trail: about 2 miles for the loop and 1 mile for the southeastern spur trail
Accessibility: Trailhead at the Skipanon River Park on 3rd St. Water access at 2nd St. and 8th St. Other access at Galena Ave; the Skipanon Marina and old Hwy 101
Designed for: Multiple use, pedestrians, mountain bicyclists, dog walkers and birders

Airport Dike Trail
Enjoy views of Astoria, the Youngs Bay wetlands and abundant wildlife.
Features: No facilities yet but great birding on this grassy and gravel trail
Length of Trail: about 2 miles one way on level terrain
Accessibility: Parking and access near the Lewis & Clark Bridge on old Hwy 101. Look for the chain link fence and passage at the gate
